What services does Smile Chiropractic offer?
Chiropractic care, pregnancy and postpartum support, breastfeeding support, paediatric chiropractic consultations, rehabilitation and movement guidance, and partner workshops. Home visits are available in Newmarket, the North Shore and other Auckland areas by arrangement.
Where are you located?
We have clinics in Newmarket (110 Carlton Gore Road) and on the North Shore (251 East Coast Road, Mairangi Bay).
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, in Newmarket and on the North Shore, and in other Auckland areas by arrangement. Visits are arranged according to your location, needs and practitioner availability. Travel fees apply.
Can I see a chiropractor during pregnancy?
Chiropractic care during pregnancy may be an option, depending on your circumstances. We start with a consultation and assessment to discuss your concerns, health history and care options, and we refer you to another health professional when needed. See pregnancy care.
Do you provide postpartum and breastfeeding support?
Yes. We offer postpartum chiropractic care, practical education on feeding positions, posture and movement, and postpartum breast care within our training and scope of practice. See postpartum recovery and breastfeeding support.
Do you see babies and children?
Yes. Every child receives an individual assessment, and we discuss the suitability, potential benefits, limitations and risks of any proposed care with the parent or guardian. We recommend medical assessment or referral when necessary.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact us directly to book. Depending on your circumstances and the service you need, we may recommend a medical assessment as well.
